Kaitlyn Small, Manager of Regulatory Compliance, RegEd
Having worked in the compliance space for over 10 years, she is a subject matter expert in licensing and registration requirements with a focus on Producer, Adjuster, Reinsurance Intermediary and Agency Licensing.  At RegEd, Kaitlyn assists the Registration and Licensing teams with licensing transactions and regulatory issues.  She monitors state regulatory changes, and liaises with State Divisions of Insurance on issues that arise during the licensing process. 

Since joining DISB, she has been responsible for a number of high-profile cases including She holds a degree from North Carolina State University (2012) and is a member of the Securities and Licensing Association (SILA). Kaitlyn is the Chair of the SILA Adjuster Licensing Subgroup (SALS) Steering Committee and has held a SILA Associate Designation since 2020.
