Dani Fields-Damato is a Compliance Officer and Vice President at Marsh McLennan Companies focused on licensing, core compliance policies, and professional standards adherence.  With over 18 years of compliance and process design experience, Dani led her team’s initiative to create a Licensing Center of Excellence powered by RegEd’s Xchange platform and NIPR Alerts 2.0. 

Loni Eichner, SILA-A is currently the Director of Course Compliance at WebCE. Loni has over 20 years of insurance industry experience.  Loni earned the SILA Associate Designation in 2018 and is currently pursuing the SILA Fellow. Loni is currently serving as Co-Chair for the Southwest Chapter of SILA.

Leslie Gullidge is the Director, Licensing leading a team of over 30 licensing professionals and support staff, who are responsible for supporting the full range of licensing operations including the acquisition and maintenance of licenses and registrations for USAA employees and distribution agents in the P&C and L&H insurance, securities, and mortgage lines of business, as well as multi-company appointments and agency affiliations, to ensure compliance.
Nikki Brown brings 16 years of experience in insurance licensing, specializing in producer, adjuster, and entity licensing. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Manager of Licensing at Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. Nikki holds the SILA Fellow designation along with two LOMA designations. She is also actively involved in leadership roles, serving as Secretary of the SILA Board of Directors and President of the SILA Foundation Board of Trustees.
As NIPR’s State Education and Outreach Manager, Tifany Doenges is responsible for all aspects of education and training of state regulators on the functions of NIPR and state producer licensing regulation. Ms. Doenges makes recommendations regarding system enhancements, changes, and upgrades as necessary to meet the demands of regulatory users and to stay current with the ever-changing information technology environment.
